Too many individuals create a "company" purely for tax benefit and tax deduction purposes. It's a con. They claim anything and everything on the company.

No company that employs less than 2 others should get "improved tax benefits".
So if you are just a one person company ( or two , say husband and wife) the tax rates and allowable deductions should be the same as individual rates.

Only when there is a confirmed 2 people legitimately EMPLOYED then the full benefits of company tax and allowances should be provided.
