fiddling with our current tax structure always brings on raw emotions for the simple fact a person driving a ferrari is considered - A KNOB. Like it or lump it- most people consider that person A KNOB. The one tax change most people could agree on is lifting the tax free threshhold where small businesses could employ pensioners or unemployed without affecting their pensions.
