Exactly my point from yesterday.
The perception has been that S&G were above and beyond that which may come from a negotiated deal between ANZ/Ferriers not part of this settlement should it arise.
This was not the case and it is only now that S&G may be addressing it (I still do not know).
REPEAT....please thoroughly check any document you may be about to sign and ask all the questions.
