You do not get something for nothing. There would be some sort of costs and charges with Sweeneys. I believe they hope to cover their effort through a costs order against ANZ...but what if they cannot get this...who pays...and what if there is an adverse costs order.
my view is that I would not be prepared to carry the risks...that why am with IMF... IMF has a % fee, but it is their risk on costs.
