There are many examples I could mention.
If its on air, then it may be used as circumstantial evidence down the track.

As those that use HC may not be inclined to get their own heads on TV oir the like, after all we do live behind Pseudonyms, another approach may be to get anyone interested to email you a short statement about their losses etc, or whatever your questions are, using their Pseudonyms only to protect their names.

This could then be presented any way you wish having spoken to a number of holders/ex holders here are some of the responses out here yadda yadda.

Point is, you will get more response IMO if it is a) under a pseudonym and b) a statement via say email with your list of questions as a guide.

The only thing that has sunk lower than SGH's stock price is credibility of the media.
