I bought some sgh stock today.
I am under no illusion that this might be a dog stock.
But I have never heard of bank going to a business and saying we want all our money back. They may go in for harder terms but it rare they close down a business.
Think history -
BNB , that was highly leverage and the banks kept on restructing till the place went broke.
Alan Bond.
I think the banks will ask for terms.
The main problem with this stock is management and people are upset over their wreckless spending. Was it there fault .. Who knows but they may need to go is my view ... But who will replace them ? Better the devil you know ?
