Whatever the banks prefer, barely matters, how are you as a shareholder going to keep SGH lawyers tethered to their desks and working for you, as opposed polishing CVs and looking for / finding new jobs.
If there's a specific HC "tether lawyer to desk to profit me" technique I'd be fascinated to hear.
So far Mighty/DrWho saying don't worry - none these SGH lawyers even heard any bad news, they can't read. They're happy and working hard for you!
