They initially gave guidance for strong sales growth and an EBITDA margin of 30-31 per cent, even though they mentioned risks, but they always have done. Then the chairman and some directors sold a big portion of their shares. I agree with you it'll be hard to prove in court but it was a bit of a shock how hard and fast things went wrong. However covid did change market conditions rapidly and there's no 'playbook' for this kind of thing.
