To me it is potentially positive but just my interpretation. The case seems like it may be weaker than it seems or at least that it would cost less than I would have expected to settle.
To settle two separate cases with a larger total number of shareholders involved with Bellamy's was around $50M, and in that case there was also an urgency factor (in the sense that China Mengnui took them over and just wanted it ended) that is not really present for A2M. Personally I believe the actual merits of the case against management were stronger for Bellamy's than they are here.
