"While the ASX required CuDeco to convert much of its inferred resources to an exploration target it must be conceded there are differing views within the mining industry and, it is suggested, within the exchange's JORC committee itself, and there are respectable geologists who would support CuDeco's stance."

This information in the public arena must put a dampner on any ambit claims.
