IMHO, SGH is a good fundamental business. If you read through all their financial statements, they've been generating lots of FCF and big revenue.
The big hit only came after the impairment of the acquisition. It is just my opinion, but I believe the board will do whatever it takes to make the banks agree extend the loan. I also believe that the banks will try to recover as much of the debt as possible
