I can't help but feel that under such incredible public and commercial scrutiny, things must be being ironed out to be squeaky clean. i get the sense that earlier in the year they started updating the public on what was happening, but learned very quickly that their words were being manipulated to lower the share price by shorters, so shut their mouths to cut off the oxygen as much as possible. One would imagine [or hope] the company would have the knowledge and skills to shape this into a favourable outcome. I might be naive, or stupidly optimistic, but am hopeful the outcome will be a favourable one.
