I dont think its an obligation as such, but when one has accused a company of doing the wrong thing and then is offerred the opportunity to discuss it and they refuse, it then reflects on them that there comments are without foundation. an old proverb states the accused should have the right to stand before there accuser?
They quoted Buffet is saying " there is always more than one cockroach in the kitchen"
The problem is they're the cockroach feeding of scraps and trying to pollute, scurrying in and out like vermon good for nothing end of the food chain creatures, while others have to clean up after them. well hopefully today is the day they get erradicated....
