With the Slater and Gordon Share price accelerating past Shine, maybe a scrip offer by Slaters may be on the cards to access Shines operating cash-flow and improve their balance sheet. Chance also for Roche and Morrison to reduce their % holdings and make an orderly exit at a later stage in a larger company with more shareholder turnover with less downward pressure on the share price.
