If it goes ahead the Slater and Gordon class action could allow Fosun to pull out of their takeover of ROC by triggering a 'material adverse change condition' in the takeover agreement. Fosun paid over the odds for ROC at a time when energy stocks were flying high. Now the sector has been smashed with companies like OSH, SXY, DLS, STO suffering big falls in their share prices. So if Fosun is having second thoughts this could give them a way out of the deal. If that happened the original HZN and ROC merger could go ahead. Its a long shot but possible.
