Thanks m0ngy that's quite a long shot but let's see what happens. Some of the ROC holders were none to pleased about the original merger plans with HZN... having seen what's happened to both companies since the deal was called off I can't imagine they'd want the deal back on the table... for me the company's performance is measured in real terms i.e. shareholder value... and to date there's been none... so I'd prefer a complete take out of the company and the board to be dumped.
