IMHO their strategy is very conservative at the moment, most of their plays didn't work quite well. 6,3% dividend yield (there are better deals if I have to be honest) and declining profits, justify the discount. Look at the sell side and the futile attempts to keep SP higher. Funny. As I said before not happy at all with TOT performance, high fees and lack of information. HOLD.
