thanks, yes, interesting. I watched the video with Dana, thinking it was about 4-7-8, and she had nothing to do with it.
If Dana was tucking me in, I'd have no problem sleeping after (quite a long while).
they call me the synchronicity kid, and for good reason. Your post, out of the blue comes on top of a conversation I had in a sports store yesterday with a woman. The conversation began with Nordic Marching sticks - I had mine in my hands and she was just buying a pair. She lives in Paris, but, just brought a house in Chablis. The conversation went on several subjects - her dislike of Paris, her bemoaning of French men (she's single) AND - eventually how she has to sleep after visiting the Wall whenever she goes to Jerusalem (I assume the wailing wall).
She said that she just has to sleep, because although she isn't aware of it - the emotion must be so powerful as to require sleep.
We spoke of what I call 'the muscle sleep' -- it's quite specific for me - I can walk 30 or 50 km- and, although after 50, I do go for sleep ------------- it's a very different character of sleep that I have if I'm building muscle fibres (expanding the one's I already have).
I've found it quite difficult to put into words - the 'depth' of sleep is easy to define, as is the 'warmth' of it, including the warmth of the muscles involved - but, there's a feeling, which I cannot really describe, except it being a nice feeling and very different to anything else I have had.
Anyway, I hope to see her again, there's quite a few Parisians getting out of Dodge, and coming to Burgundy - and, loving it.
