....you'd imagine regular napping would have been common and sensible defence system so at least someone is awake all hours...and probably some hunting and food gathering off beaches etc would have been done overnight...in rural areas of Asian countries you see people napping through the day left right and centre.....a lot of them graft a living over many hours so take the odd nap...or just part of a more relaxed life style like in Bali where the lazy men lol seem to spend a lot of time napping or just lying around...
