Downloaded and used app last night.
I have to admit I'm impressed.
Ease of use, simple and clear instructions.
Diagnosed with mild risk- more than 5 events per hour.
Confirmed my suspicions.
This needs to be advertised not just for middle aged overweight males!! Footy, pubs etc are a good start, although it should play a major role in the primary healthcare fraternity (Gp's and other allied health).
Also note I am a relatively fit(not overweight, non smoker), 39 year old male who snores. No other risk factors.

Much easier, and less hassle than paying and organising a sleep test through pharmacy or hospital in order to initially flag issue.
Now that I have this information I will have a consult with my GP and look to get their take on plan of action.
Maybe we look at relationship with Resmed/F&P for referral for cpap machines? ie use app, get discount on purchase/hire of machine? This may already be in place, if not, why not?
Been a holder for a few years now and long may it continue.
