I know exactly what happened today... Through a source I found out that someone had a stop loss to trigger at 9.3 but it triggered at 9.4 instead so with the lack of sellers he had to buy back in at whatever prices he could gather to regain his position. The trading platform screwed up and put him out of the market at a price he didn't want. Shows the traps of stop losses!
