I note a heavy reduction in SNL SP since the recent Spl div. Has any body a clue on why this is so. Were 50c late nov and 38 today. I notice the directors issued 776381 new shares to underwriter of their DRP on 22 Dec.
Then on 23 rd dec five directors had santa sell 528495 share to them for 34 cents each. Among these were 313176 share to the new director Mr Mc Kenzie.
Looks fishy to me.
