Capex and Opex for HPAL is huge in comparison to NiS deposits.
Easy to find NiS deposits are getting rarer and more remote.
FR has 100-150m cover, alot of $$ for get targets pinned down, alot of those explorers will find nothing and be diluted to oblivion until they fail,
25 outcropping targets all identified - unheard of in the Nickel industry.
BC only picked due to proximity, MAG anomaly
As mentioned before if this was in Aus, BSX would be bought out long ago.
Takes years and alot of $$ to bring Ni supply on line through HPAL, even FR would be 3 years off before extracting from next major find,
still will be deficit in both battery and metals regardless and price will continue upwards
