Crashing through the 50c barrier hasn't enticed many to sell, still only 560k shares on the market and they're probably recycled ones that were bought and sold this morning and offered again for a higher price. Tiny free float here for traders to play with, very tightly held and why would you sell this close to the MRE and SS which should bring in another imminent significant re-rate imo.
