Yes, I raised this point here as well... a discount like this was ridiculous, especially with the MRE and SS announcements due within weeks of the CR.
Simply put, this was terrible management and I can't understand how any one would say otherwise. BSX did not need the cash at this point in time, and elected to dilute the shares more than was needed.
Let's just hope BSX doesn't spend the next 3 months trading under $0.50...
