How ridiculous!
If you think it would be hard for BSX to raise capital why on earth would you invest in the business. Are you saying the company is currently overvalued? That's the only reason it wouldn't get investment in the future...
Furthermore, saying that sub $100M MC companies don't get funded is also ridiculous... I can show you PLENTY of examples of companies well below $100M raising capital, it's not that difficult IF the company has tremendous upside potential, which I'm assuming you believe BSX has since you hold the stock.
A recent company I am invested in received $40M in offers (only wanted $10M) during a CR which was their entire market cap... CRs are all about either survival (sure, a big discount like WEB's CR is needed) or about accelerating its potential...
I don't think BSX was needing funds for survival, do you?
