If BSX was <$10m MC company without the likes of Ecopro, Fidelity, The German funds and others on the registry, then I'd entertain the thought it's a possible pump and dump on results.
BSX is >$100m company, typically only instos have enough firepower to manipulate the price at this MC.
It just shows this guy has little/zero knowledge about stocks and should probably do some reading.
