Closer to home I am very intrigued at what is happening between LG Chem and SKI atm.
If Vingroup (Vinfast) do have an agreement with LG Chem in Vietnam, not much is being said. Ecopro have moved quickly to form an alliance with Blackstone and SKI have sneakily moved in with Ecopro and taken a stake in Vingroup.
Indonesia are sprouting everyone is coming to them for battery grade but I don’t think they are, too costly when other options are still available (although limited) and Indo’s ever changing policies would be viewed as an unwanted sovereign risk.
My questions are:
What will LG’s next move be?
How long will Ecopro wait until formalising our agreement given the above and initiate a downstream plan?
How many wines will it take Scott to answer some of these questions next week at RIU, and will he be able to pull some further drilling results in before he presents in his own backyard lol
