"How long will Ecopro wait until formalising our agreement given the above and initiate a downstream plan?"
It has been stated that a potential JV agreement will be finalised after the scoping study on the downstream facility has been completed. I don't have a timeframe for that, although I don't anticipate that it would be too far off -- I'm hoping this quarter.
