I’m sorry that you were sick . The bushfires and smoke were terrible , and for so long .
You had a bacterial pneumonia maybe - ongoing, from a virus . Flu like . sounds like you were sick .

Very lucky to be able attend gym , and so fastidiously, care for , your Own health . Keep well , good on you , likely you can survive and be ok . You’ve all the right ideas

— Real health workers and health professionals monitoring this - are Tired. Very weary but ready . Haven’t had spare time , or been able attend to themselves . Got their families worry about and answering constant questions.
I hope as many as can , rest more this week , take time to breathe .

Everyone else is worried about their parents and elderly !
My dad diagnosed heart failure and a cancer in feb . I’ve cared for them and not been able see my kids , and isolated fully but going to work. Quite lonely though time to read while waiting between and going for walks when nobody else is about .
Dads cancer been removed , on hefty meds , and priority for heart surgery in next 5 days now cancer site op settled .
Have been in complete quarantine other than work.
Which is also in health, and been studying , writing protocols , re . the cv- 19 virus .

My parents - our nations older people and huge number of vulnerable - have to self isolate virtually, now , very soon.
