This is what creates a market....buyers and sellers.
In this case it is more likely that they are substantially up since the 5c CR and perhaps are looking to invest the funds elsewhere? Fact is that the fundamentals are good in BSX's case but there will always be someone happy to sell along the journey, this doesn't necessarily imply that there is something wrong with the stock.
