I have been riding on MXA for some time now, but I think your target of 2c is under valueing this share. I look at a target more like 30 - 36c within a 2 year period. I have done lots of research into Australias old age homes, how they are on the rise, More and more are opening up, it is a much more wanted type of housing as Many people feel the need for support, sometimes counselling, to help them through difficult times, These types of accomodations can provide these specialist services. Anyway, Bare, I see MXA going way way past your 2c target
