    Hi Paul, I believe it depends if you include escrow shares or not.

    Total shares 602 odd mil @ .053 = 31millish

    400mil alcidion & vendors
    138mil NRR
    64mil CR raise

    Minus roughly 280mil of the alcidon shares in escrow

    Total 322 odd mil @ 0.053 = 17millish

    I think these numbers are close, have not checked in a while.
