    Even if it was Ramsay, the first comment about the private hospital group was made in the prospectus in Dec 2015. It's been a while since then. I feel that they did probably look at it, and did do an implementation planning study, but there is no guarantee they are proceeding any further with it, so don't get your hopes up.
