    I am not so sure that they will be taken over. This company is the baby of founders Ray and Malcolm who have invested years of their blood, sweat and tears not to mention their own money into ALC.

    I think there is a good chance it will remain as a founder managed company for the long term in the vein of SEK or FLT.
