Not trying to convince you...You have sold out.... Just for the sake of discussion & learning.
# OBV lower than the March high.
I do Respect OBV because it is a leading indicator....Other indicators are lagging & faithfully follow the price action.
It is above the March high on the daily....Try the weekly OBV.
Remember ZGL is a low liquidity stock.
# RSI Overbought.
Forget overbought & oversold....May be helpful in short term moves but not a reliable indicator for intermediate & long term trends....Stocks can stay "overbought" or "oversold" for considerable periods.
# Volume not big enough on breakout.
10 times the average is more than convincing....Remember the low liquidity.
Saying that ZGL breakout is technically "uncertain" is simply wrong.....I expect some ground work in the high 20c but to my untrained eye the uptrend has been signaled.
Did you look at the relative outperformance of ZGL to its sector ( a 2 year high) while others sitting near the all time lows...It pays to find the winners even in a losing. sector.
