Wouldn’t it be convenient for the BOD if the performance rights are successfully voted followed quickly by agreeing the toyond deal.
Hopefully Aldo is reconsidering these with a handful of investors reaching out with current concerns. I’ve also emailed Aldo and had similar answers.
Aldo did state they should’ve been more conservative in the estimated time frames given for potential deals as there has been delays outside their control.
