I'm all for performance and incentives to help move this company forward! I'm probably going to vote YES, purely on the fact if they don't meet there targets they get nothing and if they get close we will all benefit with the share price moving in the direction. I'd rather dangle the carrot out now!
Us shareholders will all benefit if they work to achieve the following milestones. The sooner the better. The milestones doc is attached. I've just pointed out a few points below.

Not sure on voting Willisee back in, still deciding, wheather it will be too much for Aldo to take on both roles or get someone new in, but again if we offer Big Will the carrot, could be enough for him to do what's needed as well.

Class A Performance rights 50%
a) Revenue growth $8 million over any 6 month period
b) Achieving a 5 day vwap of at least 8 cents
c) market cap of $70 million for at 5 days consecutive

Class B Performance rights 50%
a) Revenue of $14 million over 6 months
