The issue really is WHO will receive the Performance Rights. As currently structured three NON EXECUTIVES all are intended receipients. Aldo is the exception (or maybe a smokescreen!)
Performance Rights would normally given to those executives who can actually perform to benefit NZS.
We now appear to have several potential candidates.
"Slick Willie Wilissee and his two fellow (non-shareholding) non executive directors simply do not quality.
That is my objection - not to Performance Rights per se.
Change the intended recipients!
