I'm more of a lurker than anything else but yes the other thread did go off the rails to the point I stopped reading it, which is disappointing (for me) as I enjoyed what the HC-NZS discussion had to offer. Hopefully this one continues at a standard worthy of your opening post.

Personally I've managed to make a quick profit (in high 2's, out mid 7's) which is not a reflection of my sentiment but more to do with how I lock in profit and derisk.

I'm now back in at 57 and looking to hold mid-long term. GLTAH
