Hope your well my friend. I must have bought the same shares as you have MSB, NZS and NVX ,.... all very volatile and causing me stress and anxiety as well. I have loved this one since buying in at 0.26 and my profit levels has drooped weekly with the share. I still remain confident that we can regain and kick on. However, I might sell half and sit on the other half and buy back in once we know the corner has turned again.

Wish I had one share APT like the rest of the world instead of fighting tooth and nail for every rise in all my shares. The Joys !
