Resonance Health Limited is a publicly listed Australian healthcare company which is active in the non invasive diagnostic and monitoring field. It is based in Perth Western Australia. Following a major restructuring and repositioning of the company in late 2003, Resonance acquired a controlling interest in Inner Vision Biometrics Pty Ltd ("IVB"), the owner of the award winning FerriScan technology. FerriScan is a safe, non-invasive and accurate test, involving magnetic resonance imaging techniques and IVB's proprietary software to measure iron overload in the liver. It may also have applications in the detection and monitoring of other major liver diseases. It eliminates the need for a liver biopsy in the majority of cases, replacing this potentially painful and invasive procedure with a safer, quicker and totally non-invasive technique.

Resonance is providing IVB with both the funding and commercial expertise to launch the FerriScan Test internationally. This assistance has included accelerating the regulatory approval process, advancing medical and pharmaceutical industry support for the test, and supporting the development of expanded applications for FerriScan.
