Hi all,
DGR will always be discounted by the market relative to the sum of its parts,unless it realizes this value by way of partial sale or partial distribution to its shareholders.
The market will never give us fair value to assets that we don't (or can't) sell.
This is not to take the shine off DGR.
We are all waiting for the proper time for DGR to realize its worth,in the meantime we just have to endure the market's "ignorance".
Had the same experience with JRL (JRL was a 5 bagger for me when they sold EME)
It could be a long time to get our true value.
I am not in a hurry,though.
