For Clarity PGH has not bought in its actually Ruffy Geminder the major shareholder of PGH. I suspect he has bought in for possibly 2 reasons;

1. For a consolidation play with PPG and CKL
2. as purely a blocking play to ensure nobody else gets CKL. Proof of this was what Ruffy did with NCI until they finally went private.

The business now has scale, the exchange rate is working favourably for them they now need to extract manufacturing synergies and start driving up the Margins. With the scale they have this should happen quickly. If not then the most likely scenario is that the business stagnates at its current level and goes nowhere. Just remember the CHH business did exactly that and that's why it was sold!

Ruffy & PGH need CKL now more than ever & extracting synergies is what PGH needs, PGH has been lacklustre since its IPO, the punters in PGH might get restless if it continues so PGH will probably move on CKL when they think the time is right.
