jimmycro: NO that "automated" trading ("high frequency trading") is unfortunately LEGAL but should be out-lawed in my personal opinion....
Retail investors get the short end of the stick all the time.
Regardless, over time VALUE will come about due to fundamentals of a stock and I do believe that NEU does have a bright future.
