Definitely seems to be an exciting space at the moment.
How well connected is our new sub holder to WSP given the former sub holding to Brickworks. One would think there would be some relationship. Maybe taking a punt that DCN will be acquired in the not to distant future by Leading Edge DC whether privately or through a future listing itself- Definitely would tick the boxes and provide good synergies with facilities on the east coast and west coast.
Given the size of the commitment by WSP cant imagine control being given up so I assume Leading Edge DC must have an implied valuation around $50M+
I would also assume the $100M tender for NSW they will be a major competitor to be competing with.
With SYD1 operational, Tassie acquistion Completed, it is well worth the punt at these levels.
Saturday night musings but next 12 Months in this space will be very interesting
