With all the chatter about a takeover, I have to ask why. The top 20 who own millions of shares would be thinking, as the company grows the income grows hence the dividend grows. So if you hold 1000000 shares a ten cent div. is $100000. Multiply that by millions of shares held. And 10 cent div. could become 20, 50, $1 over time. If they vote for a takeover, they have rocks in their head in my opinion. Just saying.
