Can you please explain how you come to the conclusion capital will be needed in the coming weeks? I was thinking at the closet coming 3 - 6 months as from memory they have approx 600k and burning 300k per quarter which will be pulled back in coming quarters.
if no jv is formed they will struggle to get any block off the ground on their own unless they get a cornerstone investor.
the management is very well connected, I'm fairly confident one of the big Chinese oil companies will be running the ruler over the data currently.
