Up until this morning< I would have said that its a professional outfit, with good earnings, decent margins and good management.
But, not lodging your accounts is Public Company 101, and doesnt foster much confidence in the management - esp the CEO
From what I understand, Bill Votsaris is a good operator, but zero ASX experience - so he may need a good sidekick to steer him through this tortured market. Having said that, the CFO should have been well up to speed on this.
Very disappointing, and smacks of amateurism - which makes me wonder if contracts are run the same.
Can only hope not
