    Hi QuarryS
I think BTU will stay flat around 33 cents (or lower as People take money elsewhere).

In your post you mention the court case and the risk associated with it. But I think that the share price has been hit by the market expectations of lower coaking coal prices and the reality of them losing money badly at current production rates.

Their September Quarterly Cashflow Report shows Sales of $6.7M but outflows relating to this of $12.2 ( production costs $8.6M, site costs $1.5M and head office costs of $2.2M).

Initially share price drop quickly after the announcement and seemed to continue because of little if any news on the court case and/or sign of a quick successful court case.

If they are successful in the case, the next issue the Coy needs to answer, is whether they have the cash or funding to ramp up production to become cash flow positive .
